Go to Orders -> Place Order from the top menu.
Use filters (Closet, Category, Size, Gender) or search to find items.
Check available quantity before selecting.
Tick Select and choose Order Quantity.
Review selected items, then click Submit.

Go to Orders -> Process Order.
Select your current warehouse (for example KCHQ).
Review Pending Orders, My Orders, and Others' Orders tabs.
Claim/process relevant pending orders.
Confirm completion and check status updates.

Go to Orders -> Pick Up (Driver Dashboard).
Review submission ID, pickup location, destination, and item list.
Confirm items are packed and ready.
Click Mark as In Transit.
Use Refresh Orders to check updates.

Go to Orders -> Receive Order.
Select your receiving storage hub.
Find transfers marked Delivered by driver.
Match delivered items against the order.
Mark as received to update inventory.

(a) Entering new data — add new stock
1. Click Enter Data (or use the Enter Data tab on other IMS pages).
2. Complete the form: product name, size, category, gender, storage hub, shelf/location, and quantity.
3. Add $ value per item if you know it (you can change it later from Inspect).
4. Submit to create the new inventory row in the system.
5. Tip: use Add New Item for each distinct product/size/location combination you need.

(b) Inspecting data — search & manage products
1. Open Inspect Data to search and filter existing rows.
2. Use filters and search to find items; open a row to edit details or quantities where your role allows.
3. Update unit value or use bulk actions where available; export to PDF/Excel if needed.

(c) Walk-ins / haircuts
Use Walk-Ins / Haircuts to record client visits and allocations quickly. Expand training on that page for field-by-field tips.

Walk-ins / haircuts — quick flow
1. Enter client (and optional carer) details accurately.
2. Select products/services and quantities taken; use filters if the list is long.
3. Double-check storage hub and category (e.g. Haircut) where applicable.
4. Submit the form and confirm any success message; use View Walk-Ins / Haircuts Data to verify the entry.
